Warts and verrucas

Warts and verrucas are caused by a virus called human papilloma. They can spread due to coming in contact with contaminated surfaces or through skin contact.

Warts appear on your hands or on your fingers. They do not cause any harm, but can cause itchiness and can take up to months to heal on its own. You will be able to notice warts as they are usually lumps that feel firm and rough.

You will be able to differentiate them as verrucas only appear on the feet and are infectious. They are white rings found on your foot with small black dots under the tough skin. As this is infectious, this can be passed on from one person to another. Numerous treatments are available to control and treat warts and kill the virus that causes verrucas.

Introduction

Verrugon complete is a potent treatment for verrucas. This ointment specifically targets verrucas to stop the infection from spreading to make sure your skin is back to its healthy condition again.

What is Verrugon complete used for?

Verrugon contains salicylic acid, widely known in the skincare industry to be effective in treating verrucas by shedding the verruca from the skin and stopping it from spreading further. Verrugon includes an ointment, an emery board, 9 plasters and 9 corn rings.

 Who can use this?

Verrugon is for adults and children aged 6 or over.

How to use

Follow the steps on the package carefully.

Wash your hands before and after use.

  • Position the adhesive rig with the hole over the verruca

  • Squeeze a pea sized amount of ointment into the hole, directly on the verruca

  • Cover the ring with the plaster to seal tightly

  • Reapply the ointment once a day daily.
