Bazuka Treatment Gel 6g
Designed to help fight the spread of further verruca and wart infection, Bazuka gel contains the active ingredients salicylic and lactic acid. These components promote the softening of the hardened skin growth allowing easier removal of the warts and verrucas with an emery board or pumice stone. These activities help to kill the virus causing the warts, helping to resolve the root of the problem minimizing the likelihood of further spreading the virus. Bazuka verruca and wart gel can be purchased without a prescription, however it is important to follow the instructions provided on the patient information leaflet or by doctor in order to get the maximum benefit out of your treatment. This gel is suitable for use for adults and children above the age of 2 however children under 12 should be supervised when using this medication.
How to Apply Bazuka Treatment Gel?
Before applying Bazuka gel make sure to carefully remove the red cap whilst keeping the white nozzle which is attached to the tube itself in place.Soak your hands in warm water for 2-3 minutes then dry thoroughly with your own towel before applying one to two drops of the formula on top of the wart, callus, corn or verruca forming a thin layer on top of it. The gel should not be applied to surrounding healthy skin if this does occur, wipe away from the area and wash if necessary. The formula should be allowed to dry for a few minutes forming a thin, water resistant white layer on top of the wart.Ensure you place the cap back onto the tube when done. The next evening remove the white layer of dried gel and reapply another layer as mentioned above, if it is difficult to remove the initial layer reapply on top of it, this will form an even thicker layer that will then be easier to remove the following day. Once a week before applying fresh gel use an emery board to gently rub the wart. The duration of the treatment can drastically vary depending on the resistance and size of the verruca or wart; some can take up to 12 weeks for the treatment plan to be completed. If your verruca worsens or does not clear up in the 12 weeks consult with your doctor for further advice on how to proceed.
