Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which comes in the form of a gel. Ibuprofen Gel is a great alternative if you want to relieve any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing with the muscles around your body. The gel provides targeted pain relief and acts locally to alleviate aches and pains.
What is Ibuprofen Gel and What is it Used For?
Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory drug, which offers pain relief and is effective for any pain, aches, swelling or injuries in your muscles and is an efficient way to soothe any inflammation in areas around your body. The gel performs only on the targeted areas where it has been applied on and is absorbed through the skin for localized action.
They can also be used for the following:
Rheumatic pain (this is caused by issues with bones, joints, muscles and tendons)
Lumbago (pain in the lower back)
Fibrositis (muscle tenderness or constraint)
Backache
Sprains
Relief pain for those who have arthritis
Who Can Use Ibuprofen Gel?
This gel is suitable for adults and children over the age of 14 years. Those who have a previous history of asthma or gastric conditions should only use this product under a doctor's supervision as it may make some conditions worse.
How to Use This Gel?
To get the most out of this product, it is recommended to follow the instructions:
To use this gel, twist the cap off and squeeze 1-4 cm of product out.
Apply a fine layer over the chosen area and gently rub the gel until this has been massaged into the skin. (We recommend you wear gloves as it can be absorbed through the hands).
Repeat these steps up to 3 times a day or no more than every 4 hours daily.
Make sure this is not applied to sensitive areas such as: lips, eyes, nostrils, genital or anal areas.
If this comes in contact with any of the following, rinse with warm water immediately and seek medical attention.

When to Not Use Ibuprofen Gel?
Do not use Ibuprofen Gel if you are any of the following:
If you are allergic to any ingredients that are in Ibuprofen Gel
If you are allergic to any non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as; aspirin, naproxen etc.
If you suffer from asthma.
If you have any cuts, open wounds or broken skin.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Shortness of breath.
Itching, Redness or Bruising of the skin.
Swelling around the Face, Mouth and Throat.
Blisters or a Rash on the skin.
