How to use selsun shampoo
When using selsun shampoo simply apply it liberally to wet hair and massage into the scalp to form a lather, leave the solution on for around 2-3 minutes before rinsing off thoroughly. Shake the bottle well before each use. This shampoo should be used twice weekly for the first 2 weeks and then once weekly for the next 2 weeks thereafter the treatment should be used as and when needed to help keep the condition at bay.
Precautions

Selsun shampoo should not be used if you're pregnant or breastfeeding
Avoid contact with eyes, if this does occur rinse thoroughly with cold water

Selun should not be ingested if this does occur seek medical advice immediately
Selsun shampoo cannot be used on children younger than 5 years old
Do not use selenium on severely inflamed or broken skin
