Savlon Healing Gel
Savlon healing gel has been specially formulated to help treat minor wounds such as cuts and grazes along with superficial burns and scalds. The Hydro active colloid formulation is designed to help soothe pain and discomfort, whilst the gel formula minimizes scarring by creating favourable conditions for skin healing thus increasing skin renewal.
How to Use Savlon Healing Gel?
The affected area should be gently but thoroughly cleaned and dried before applying the healing gel using a clean hand to minimize the chance of any further damage or infection to the wound. Do not massage the gel into the skin. Apply once to twice daily and cover with a bandage or plaster if required.
Side Effects
As with any medication there are side effects you may experience however this will differ from person to person, some of the side effects include:
Skin irritation
Rash
Dizziness
Difficulty breathing
Swelling of face and throat
If you experience any side effects or an allergic reaction, stop treatment and seek medical attention immediately.
