<h4>What is Acne? </h4> <p>Acne is a skin condition that can affect people of varying ages causing spots including cysts, nodules, pustules, papules, whiteheads, and blackheads along with oily skin, often skin can present as hot to the touch and can be quite painful. Most commonly acne will develop on the face, back and chest however other areas of the body can be affected. </p> <br> <h4>What is treclin? </h4> <p>Treclin gel is used in the treatment of acne, it contains both the antibiotic Clindamycin which is used to kill the acne causing bacteria and tretinoin. Tretinoin belongs to a group of medication referred to as retinoids. Retinoids can help regulate both the growth and shedding of skin cells resulting in a decrease in sebum production thus preventing the formation of new blackheads and whiteheads. </p> <br> <h4>How to apply treclin? </h4> <p>Treclin should be applied to clean dry skin in a thin layer. Ensure that you have washed your hands thoroughly before and after each use, gently rub the product into the skin. Do not wash off.</p> <br> <h4>Does treclin have any side effects? </h4> <p>Side effects of using treclin include inching, redness, a burning and stinging sensation along with dryness of the skin, use of the medication may be discontinued if the symptoms persist. </p> <br>
