HOW DO I KNOW IQ DOCTOR IS TRUSTWORTHY AND COMPLIANT?
IQ Doctor is a fully registered British online pharmacy. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as an Internet pharmacy and authorised to operate as an online pharmacy in the UK.
DO YOU SELL GENUINE MEDICATION?
We only provide genuine medication, sourced from the same government-approved pharmaceutical suppliers as those utilised by traditional high street pharmacies.
DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION?
You do not need to supply a prescription to use IQ Doctor, unless specifically requested. All medication requests are screened by our healthcare professionals, who will issue a private prescription for eligible patients. This prescription will then be dispensed and dispatched to you by our pharmacy.
CAN I USE AN EXISTING PRESCRIPTION?
At the moment we do not accept any NHS or private prescriptions from third party sources. We offer a free consultation service which is reviewed by one of our healthcare professionals who can issue you with a prescription if you are eligible. There is no additional charge for this service.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your order is approved before our 3pm cut off time, we will aim to dispatch your order for next working day delivery pending prescriber approval (assuming you are eligible). Please note that while we aim for a same day dispatch and next-day delivery, there may be occasional delays out of our control due to high demands on the delivery network.
IS YOUR PACKAGING DISCRETE?
We only use plain packaging without any branding.
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay with all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
CAN I ORDER FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
No, you are unable to place an order on behalf of anyone else.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order up to the point of dispatch by contacting our customer services by phone or email.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
For reasons of safety, we do not allow all medicine to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines. If you have unwanted medication, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal. Some medication, however, may be requested to be returned for clinical assessment.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I EXPERIENCE SIDE EFFECTS?
If you experience side effects you should notify us and also inform your GP. If the side effects are life threatening, contact 999 for emergency services immediately.
DO YOU DELIVER TO THE SCOTTISH HIGHLAND CHANNEL ISLANDS?
Yes, we do but delivery times are not guaranteed and may take longer than 1 day.
